Step 1. Download and install a code editor.

• For Windows: Notepad++
• For Mac: TextWrangler

Step 2. Create a folder for your work.

• Name it: Yourlastname's HTML Week 1

Step 3. Dive into the HTML Beginner’s Tutorial at HTMLdog.com.

• Go to HTMLdog.com.
• Select the HTML Beginner’s Tutorial.
• Work from “Getting Started,” moving sequentially, step by step, through “Images.”
• Save your work to your folder.

Step 4. Bring your files to class.
