Have at least 4 well crafted posts online:

• Graphic and Web Designers and Photographers: 2 blog posts + 3-5 portfolio posts with images (If you have more portfolio pieces, post more!)
• PR and Journalists: 4 blog posts with associated images

Make sure these are appropriately categorized under “Blog” and, if relevant to you, “Portfolio.” (Some of you may wish to incorporate sub-categories, such as “Print,” “Web,” etc., under the parent category of Portfolio.)

This will establish a solid content base for the rest of your work.
